When should I place an order?
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you reserve your equipment the better.
What if I need to change my order?
All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) to guarantee your date.
Can we move the date?
We will try our hardest to accommodate a date change, but we can’t guarantee this possibility.
Do you set up the equipment?
Picture Perfect Event Rentals sets up and takes down all equipment.
Does our rental include an attendant?
The option is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Am I responsible for missing or damaged equipment?
Yes, the customer is responsible for missing or damaged parts and a replacement cost will be assessed.
